Team Ukraine crowned a huge tournament with a win against Austria in the final game.

It was an even game all the way, with Austria taking the lead 2-1 after two periods. Danyil Shulha equalised after eight minutes of the third period, and in the last minute of the game Austria pulled their goaltender trying to win in regulation and take the silver medal spot from Ukraine.

Shulha scored again and Ukraine won the game 3-2 and took the silver medal. Austria won the bronze.
