4-1: Hungary got the best of the host nation

Earlier this week Hungary won an exhibition game against Team Denmark 7-4. Today the two nations met again, this time the points counted in the Division IA-Worlds.

The Hungarians won again this Sunday afternoon against the hosts and it seems like Hungary’s young boys like the ice in Frederikshavn. They took another win – this time 4-1.

Oliver Larsen scored the first goal for Denmark, but the Danes saw a quick equalizer by Alexander Antonijevic. 1-1 after 20 minutes but the Hungarians never looked back after the first goal.

Doman Szongoth and Kolos Feher scored for Hungary in the 2nd period and in the third period Ferenc Laskawy buried the Danish hopes with a powerplay goal in the 48th minute.

4-1 Hungary, shots 25-25 and a perfect first game for coach Bence Svasznek’s team.
